FAQ

Questions, answered before bedtime.

Practical stuff: picking a carton, storing it, getting it delivered. Can’t see yours? Ask us.

Which carton should I pick?

Pick by the botanicals on the front, or by whichever sleeping dog looks most like yours. The breed on the carton is a portrait, not a rule: any dog can have any carton. If you can't decide, the nap pal quiz takes about 30 seconds.

What's actually in the chews?

Each carton names its botanicals on the front (for example, Lavender & Chamomile on Sleepy Spaniel). The full ingredient list and analytical constituents are printed on the pack. We'll publish them here once the final label is signed off.

How many chews do I give?

Follow the feeding guide printed on your carton. The weight-band table on each product page is placeholder guidance until the final label is confirmed, so please go by the pack.

Is Kip a medicine?

No. Kip is a chew. If you're worried about your dog's health or behaviour, your vet is the right person to talk to, and it's worth checking with them before adding anything new if your dog is on medication, pregnant or has a health condition.

How should I store the carton?

Somewhere cool and dry, lid tucked in, and well out of reach. Dogs who have met Kip before will go looking.

How does delivery work?

We plan to deliver within the UK. Delivery is free over £35 (placeholder threshold). Timescales and costs are being finalised and will be confirmed here before launch.

What's the Nap club?

A repeat delivery of the cartons you choose, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, with a small discount. Terms, including how to skip or cancel, are being finalised and will be shown in full before anyone signs up.

Can I return an opened carton?

Our returns policy is being finalised. Drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll sort you out.
